Customer Success Manager
Sarah’s main role at Liberty is ensuring that our clients are always informed, engaged, and appreciated. As a member of the Customer Success team, Sarah serves as direct liaison between clients, engineers, and support making sure that expectations are met and that the customer experience is a positive one, every time. She prepares and completes Quarterly Business Reviews for clients, runs reports, and introduces new tech options so that our clients stay at the top of their game.
Sarah has a background in IT, business development, and non-profit work and enjoys building lasting relationships and advocating for her clients to help them find the best solutions for their business. She attended the University of Georgia and holds a BA in English and Technical Writing.
In her free time Sarah likes to be anywhere outside with her twin boys- Tilghman and Fisher, reading, or practicing yoga.
