When Liberty Technology makes a promise, whether it’s to a one-time customer or a long-term client, Todd makes it his business to make it happen. Having one person at the helm of the Service Department helps ensure that tickets get resolved and customers stay happy.
Todd’s duties cover a wide range of functions. On any given day, he’s running backups, keeping servers and workstations up to date and secure, and keeping networks communicating. He personally stays in contact with customers to quickly address any questions or concerns that may arise. And he keeps an eye out for trends in monthly and yearly tickets, always alert for ways we can streamline our processes even further.
Todd studied Computer Science at West Georgia University, and his certifications include CompTIA A+, CMNA, CMNO, Cisco Webex Teams Ambassador, and Simplivity Pre Sales Engineer.
In his time away from work, Todd can be found training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at PTC Combat Fitness. He and his wife, Courtney, share their home with three dogs, Flash, Holmes, and Minnie, and took their dream trip to Ireland in 2018.
